Sunday Morning Walk

August 16th - 9:00 to 9:45 am

Some mornings the hardest part is getting out the door. So we made it easy.

This Sunday morning we are meeting up, lining the strollers up side by side, and walking. That is the whole thing. No sign-up sheet, no agenda, no pressure to be chatty. Forty-five minutes, fresh air, and other moms nearby.

Bring the baby. Bring the toddler. Bring a friend who could use the morning out. Bring nothing at all - we will have water and a few spare diapers in the bag.

Who this is for

Pregnant, brand new, or a few years in. First baby or fifth. Strollers and carriers both welcome. If someone needs to stop and feed, we stop. If you need to turn back early, no one will notice.

Where to find us

Right out front of the pool entrance at Manorhaven Beach Park. There is parking on site. Look for the group of strollers - that is us.

I am Georgina Silva, a Registered Nurse and mother of five. I started Nurtured Mom because the village does not build itself anymore. This walk is the easiest way in.

If the weather turns, we will post a note that morning. And if this one goes well, we will do it again.
