You've heard it your whole life - it takes a village to raise a child. What nobody mentions is that somewhere along the way, most of us lost the village. Family is far. Friends are busy. The casserole-on-the-doorstep, hold-the-baby-so-you-can-shower kind of help got quiet.

It's people showing up for each other. Nurtured Mom is non-clinical education and community - a warm complement to your care, never a substitute for it. When something belongs with your doctor or another provider, we'll always point you there. And for anything weighing on you emotionally, please bring it to your own licensed provider - that's exactly what a good village does.
